In order to support the improvement of life outcomes of males of color, this document highlights the features of two innovative frameworks: Beyond Plight and The Life Course Framework. These two frameworks were designed to use data on gender, race and ethnicity to inform funding and strategy decisions and to measure the impact of targeted support to foster holistic improvements in the lives of boys and men of color. This document is a brief review of the key features of these frameworks to add clarity for prospective users.
